Costa Calida

Mazarron is called the "Pearl of the Costa Calida".Inland of Mazarron there is a countless tomato industry. The preferred area for a house by the sea is in Bolnuevo and La Azohia, both 5 minutes drive from Mazarron. In Mazarron tranquility still predominates, if you are looking for bustle you are definitely in the wrong place. In July and August the beaches fill up with Spaniards who have come to spend their vacations in this beautiful village. Other nationalities are just finding out about this amazing village. One can still have a choice in the structure of property whether it be an attached or a detached house. South of Bolnuevo one can reach nudist beaches . To the airport of Alicante one can reach in about 90 minutes

The quiet port of Aguilas lies at the southern most point of Costa Calida in the province of Murcia . Only recently has Aguilas seen its first few tourists. It lies in the middle of 2 international airports Almeria and Alicante and you can reach there in about 2 hours. Its original scenic beauty overpowers Aguilas. Everywhere, one finds small discreet bays that even in the high peak of the summer are not overcrowded. You can go on excursions up to the beautiful mountains of Sierra de Almenara where the remains of the medieval Moorish Fortress still remain. The first carnival of the year changes Aguilas into a small Rio de Janeiro with dancing where people from around the world come to participate. Somewhat south of Aguilas lays a small town called San Juan de los Terreros that also has the same touristy potential as Aguilas
The Mar Menor is a natural lagoon separated from the Mediterranean by the La Manga strip with high water temperature providing excellent conditions for all types of water sports. Children can splash safely in the shallow waters or play on the splendid sandy beaches In the countryside of La Manga you are able to change from the beaches of the Mediterranean to the beaches of the lagoon easily on foot. The luxurious La Manga Club offers plenty of golf having 45 holes and for the evening a casino inside the amazing Hyatt Hotel. The mud baths in Mar Menor are very well known due to its healing affects and during the summer is extremely popular with the Spanish. San Javier itself has a small international airport, which serves directly from London, Birmingham and Manchester. You can reach the lively province of Murcia and the historical port of Cartagena in approximately 30 minutes. It has several building structures such as apartments, attached houses and detached villas.
