Novo Carthago, Murcia, is being created in a site where different civilisations have contributed to its magical magnetism for thousands of years, and will be one of the most exclusive golf and sea resorts anywhere on the Spanish coast.

Novo Carthago is situated in Murcia, in the Cartagena municipal area, on the Mar Menor shore. The complex is designed on a 5,700,000 m2 area dominate by ample green areas, natural spaces, paradise-like beaches and sports areas, including two golf courses, which will control and conserve the area’s flora and fauna.

The residential tourist resort will be developed in a location that is perfectly connected via the main motorway to Cartagena (only five minutes away), to Murcia (half an hour away) and near to the main airports: Murcia (San Javier), Alicante and the planned Corvera Airport, also in Murcia.
