                                               Biggest Polaris World development so far

This latest release is by far the biggest development put on the market by Polaris World. The unique development spreads around three NICKLAUS designed 18 hole golf courses, one of them is a 96 hectar Signature course. Not less than 19.200 dwellings will go up on 9 million sqm which will form the biggest residential complex in the whole south of Spain. MAR MENOR GOLF RESORT      second part out for sale!               

A resort near the sea on approx. 1.500.000 m2 where townhouses, semi-detached and detached villas are offered. In a future phase there will also be apartments. Mar Menor Golf Resort was originally planned as a development on 700.000 m2 with a 9 hole golf course but then was extended and will finally get 18 holes designed by Nicklaus Design.
