Since 1999
Magellan was founded in 1999 by Erik Fliedl and two partners. Alex Newman joined the company almost from the very beginning, and today Erik and Alex run Magellan together.
Over more than twenty-five years we have sold new-build and resale homes along the southern Costa Blanca, from Orihuela Costa and its golf resorts (Villamartín, Las Ramblas and Campoamor) down to the Mar Menor on the Costa Cálida. Our office is in the La Fuente commercial centre, right by the entrances to Las Ramblas and Campoamor golf.
How we work
Our aim is simple: to find the right property at a price you can afford, and to make buying it as easy as possible.
- Independent lawyers. We don’t work with in-house lawyers. Your lawyer should work for you alone, so we can recommend several lawyers we know well, or you are free to choose your own.
- New builds, followed closely. When you buy off-plan, we keep you informed throughout the build and send you photos of your home as it progresses.
- We’re still here after you move in. Whatever you need once the keys are yours, from utilities to a trusted tradesman, you have a contact in us who can help arrange it.
New builds first
In recent years the area has seen a wave of modern new-build developments, many of them selling well before completion. We work closely with a small number of developers whose quality we know, and present their promotions in detail, with every available home, floor plan and price.
