This website presents Magellan Properties Spain, the new-build promotions and resale properties we market, and general information about buying property in Spain.

Property details, prices and availability are given in good faith and may change without notice. Images of new-build promotions are computer-generated renders for illustration. Prices of new builds exclude VAT, and no price includes purchase taxes and costs. Only the reservation documents and the purchase contract are binding. The guides on this website are general information, not legal or tax advice.

The texts and design of this website belong to Magellan SL. Images, renders and plans of new-build promotions belong to their developers or authors. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify this content without prior permission, except for personal and private use.
